We are pleased to offer two shipping methods - Standard and Express. For Australian customers, our Standard Shipping shipping method is Australia Post's Parcel Post.
Parcel Post represents a low cost option, with most deliveries taking two to four working days.
For Express Shipping, we use Australia Post's Express Post service which will guarantee your order to be delivered next day, in most major urban areas (orders must be received by midday, and items must be in stock).
For our International customers, Standard Shipping uses Australia Post Air Mail.
Shipping times vary depending upon the destination and local customs clearance - anything from 5 to 28 days, with the average around 10 days.
For Express Shipping, we use DHL International, allowing deliveries in as little as four days, anywhere in the world.
